Plating: Electro plating is a complex and sensitive procedure. Fluxuating bath(tank) conditions have to be continually maintained. Mission Powder Coating, Inc. offers three of the areas best platers. Each part is maticulously cleaned, repaired and plated with great care and caution. Every part is first copper plated and buffed to achieve the highest level of shine and protection. The second step is to generously add nickel with consideration to all threaded surfaces and blind holes. Plugs, caps and other masking efferts are always exercised and carefully applied as to not create problems with reassembly. Just the right amount of Trivaliant chrome is then added to make the perfect topper. This is done to achieve a clean and restored look. Pot metal and aluminum are no match to our triple plate process.

Polishing:
The polishers at Mission Powder Coating, Inc. have a combined 45 years
of experience. Each piece is polished using the utmost care. The fragile
and irreplaceable parts are our specialty. The surfaces of the part are
finished numerous times with increasingly finer grits of belts. This procedure
is more costly and time consuming but delivers a higher quality finish.
Damaged or pitted pieces can be repaired with silver sotter at an additional
charge. Pride and caution are exercised with a dedication to achieve the
perfect job.
